Distance training

These meet the increasingly common requirements in a company environment: the flexibility for participants to manage their own training courses; limited involvement from Human Resources in the start-up process.

Flexibility in managing training courses to fit  into work schedules is more and more frequently requested as fixed times and days are becoming difficult to commit to. The answer to this, depending on participants’ language capabilities, is a remote course, set up on an online platform rather than by telephone.

One other reason for the success of these remote courses is the limited necessity to  involve Human Resources, who no longer need to communicate with the providers of language courses for booking company rooms for in-class training.
