Our operations in companies are subject to great attention to costs and monitoring of progress to ensure client satisfaction.

Intensive Business English is a one-stop-shop for all linguistic requirements, whichever the platform (Face to Face, Voice to Voice, eLearning), qualsiasi sia la Language (English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and others), wherever the location (Italy or abroad).

For this reason we know that the monitoring of the results and quality control are the elements fundamental to put us in a position to guarantee the results we promise.

We have 3 implemented tools:

Easy Management The tool of reporting online which allows Human Resources of our clients to monitor the progress of the courses (state of movement, results of questionnaires regarding student satisfaction, reporting)
Satisfaction Questionnaires At the middle and end of every course we ask ALL our students to complete a questionnaire in which they will evaluate the course they are participating in. These questionnaires are invaluable to us, in that we can implement solutions to any difficulties arisen, and equally helps Human Resources to evaluate the provider and how well it keeps up its commitment.
Test At the middle and end of every course we give our students a test which measures the progress made.
